Most landlords we spoke to were running their portfolios on a combination of spreadsheets, email threads, paper leases and WhatsApp messages. Property managers juggled multiple disconnected tools one for payments, another for maintenance, another for documents that were never designed to work together.
When something went wrong, there was no single source of truth. Hours spent chasing paper trails that should be a two-second search. We decided to build the tool we'd want to use if we were managing properties ourselves.
