How is pricing structured?
Plans are based on the number of users and organizations in your workspace, not per unit so growing your portfolio doesn't grow your bill. Final per-plan numbers are set at launch; early-access members lock in preferred pricing.
What counts as a user and an organization?
A user is anyone with a login managers, staff or maintenance crew. An organization is a separate company or owner group you manage; Starter covers 3, Growth covers 10 and Portfolio is unlimited.
What happens when I outgrow a plan?
You can move up a tier at any time and your data comes with you no migration or reconfiguration. We'll flag it in-app as you approach a user or organization limit.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no long-term contract during early access. It's free while we're in early access and you can cancel anytime.
