Senior Full-Stack Engineer
You'll own large parts of the product end-to-end from data models and API design to the UI components that landlords interact with every day. We're building on a modern stack and care deeply about code quality, security, and performance.
We're looking for
- 5+ years experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React or similar, and SQL
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Comfortable owning features from design to production
- Strong opinions about code quality and ability to back them up
Product Designer
You'll shape how property managers and landlords experience PropHaven from the first click to the most complex workflow. This role sits at the intersection of user research, product strategy, and visual design. If you love solving real problems for real people, this is your seat.
We're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience for SaaS or enterprise tools
- Strong portfolio showing complex workflow design, not just visuals
- Comfortable running user research and translating findings into designs
- Proficiency in Figma from wireframes to production-ready specs
- Ability to work closely with engineers and think in systems
Customer Success Lead
You'll be the bridge between our users and our product helping early testers get set up, gathering feedback that shapes the roadmap, and making sure every landlord and property manager who signs up gets real value fast. This role grows into owning our CS function as we scale.
We're looking for
- Experience in customer success, account management, or support for a SaaS product
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Able to understand technical products without being an engineer
- Comfortable talking to a solo landlord and a property management firm in the same day
- Based in Zimbabwe or South Africa preferred for timezone alignment
